Intellectual Property, Licence & Restricted Use Agreement

 

 

All course materials, teachings, methodologies, frameworks, systems, written content, recordings, videos, workbooks, slides, exercises, templates, and proprietary concepts (“Materials”) provided by Georgina Jones [Georgina Grace] are protected by copyright under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and international copyright conventions.

 

By enrolling in any course, program, workshop, training, certification, or one-to-one session, you agree to the following terms:

1. 

Ownership of Intellectual Property

 

 

All Materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Georgina [Surname / Business Name] at all times.

 

Nothing in this agreement transfers ownership or grants any proprietary rights to you beyond the limited licence described below.

2. 

Limited Personal Licence

 

 

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Materials solely for your personal education and development.

 

This licence does not permit use of the Materials for teaching, training, coaching, facilitation, publication, or commercial purposes unless expressly authorised in writing.​

3. 

Prohibited Use & Distribution

 

 

You must not, without prior written consent from Georgina [Surname / Business Name]:

 

• Copy, reproduce, record, distribute, share, sell, sublicense, upload, publish, or transmit the Materials (in whole or in part);

• Provide access to the Materials to any third party;

• Use the Materials in group settings, workshops, courses, online platforms, or educational programs;

• Represent the Materials as your own or derived from your own original work.

4. 

Non-Derivation & Non-Compete (Reasonable Restriction)

 

 

You agree that during your participation in the course and for a period of 24 months following completion or termination, you will not, without prior written consent:

 

• Use the Materials, or any substantially similar concepts, structures, language, or frameworks, to create, market, or deliver competing numerology courses, workshops, certifications, programs, or educational offerings;

• Use the Materials to train, certify, or educate others in numerology or related systems outside of any authorised practitioner pathway provided by Georgina [Surname / Business Name].

 

 

This clause does not prevent you from:

 

• Practising numerology privately for personal insight;

• Developing your own original methodologies that are independently created and not derived from the Materials.

5. 

Certification & Practitioner Pathways

 

 

Where a course forms part of an authorised practitioner or certification pathway, any rights to teach, facilitate, or represent the work are governed strictly by the specific certification terms provided separately.

 

Completion of a course does not automatically grant teaching, licensing, or commercial rights.​

6. 

Breach & Remedies

 

 

Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of the Materials constitutes a breach of this agreement and may result in:

 

• Immediate termination of access without refund;

• Withdrawal of certification or practitioner status (where applicable);

• Legal remedies available under Australian law, including injunctive relief and damages.

7. 

Governing Law

 

 

This agreement is governed by the laws of Australia, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [State/Territory – e.g. Victoria / NSW / South Australia].
