Don't get me wrong, I love the idea behind new years' ressies; starting the new year off with a specific intention of how you want the year to go. The problem is that most people set themselves up to fail without even realising it. There are a few reasons for this; 1. this years new years ressie is a reaction from not having accomplished it the year/s before; 2. you are attempting to operate outside of the bandwidth of frequency that you have available to you simply because you have no idea what frequency is available to you!
